Mr. Raju Neupane; a graduate in Science and Management is an aviation expert. He is a flight dispatcher and a lecturer by profession. He posses expertise in flight operations, aviation safety and management. He has been actively involved in aviation, education and tourism businesses for more than 25 years. He is a founder vice president of Flight Dispatcher’s Associations of Nepal since 15th August 2006. He has been appointed to the post of Secretary of Airlines Operators Association of Nepal since 12th February 2016. He has enough experiences of ground instructor for navigation, flight operations officer courses and for safety management systems for pilots, flight dispatchers and other aviation personnel. His affiliation for preparation of aviation documents and safety presentations to various aviation forums are significant for enhancement of aviation management and aviation safety.
